Hi, I’m Hannah!! The creator behind Beyond the Listing, a Southwest Florida–based boutique social media agency helping local businesses build a stronger digital presence through strategic content and modern branding.

Beyond the Listing originally began through my work in real estate marketing, where I saw firsthand how powerful content and social media could be in helping brands stand out online — which is where the name came from. As I continued creating content, I noticed a growing need for hands-on social media management across other industries and decided to expand my skills beyond real estate.

I graduated locally from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and today I work with businesses throughout Naples, Fort Myers, and surrounding areas, with clients ranging from healthcare and boutiques to restaurants and local service-based brands. From filming and editing to strategy and daily management, I love helping businesses create content that feels intentional, elevated, and authentic to their brand.

As a locally based creator, my goal is to build long-term relationships with businesses throughout Southwest Florida and help them stay visible in an increasingly digital world.
